Tracking schema. One append-only table records the action, resource category, partner, and ZIP — enough to report community impact without storing personal detail about what someone applied for.
Access-control model. Roles are stored separately from profiles and checked through a security-definer function, so a member can never grant themselves admin.
Mobile-first shell. The whole product lives in one narrow column because the pilot audience is phone-first; desktop simply frames it.
